1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a photography session or event by providing 24 to 48 hour notice in advance. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions), I will make every effort to accommodate your new date.
2. Refunds for Deposits:
- A non-refundable deposit (Depending on the package) is required to secure your photography session date. This deposit ensures that the date is reserved exclusively for you, and we may turn away other clients. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session if done within 48 hours of the original session date.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- If a client cancels a photography session without rescheduling or providing insufficient notice, the following refund policy applies:
- 48-72 hour or more notice: 75% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Less than 48 hour notice: No refund is provided.
4. Digital Image Delivery and Refunds:
- Once digital or physical images are delivered, there are no refunds. We take great care to ensure the quality of the final images, and you will have the opportunity to review and approve them before delivery.
5. Unsatisfactory Results:
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the images delivered due to issues within our control (e.g., technical problems), we will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation. This may include re-editing or re-shooting at no additional cost. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your images.
6. Weather Conditions:
- We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the session or event, or offer a partial refund as deemed appropriate.
